Benefits and Pay
Full time - PTO (12 days a year), No mandatory holidays but time and a half if you choose to work, Retirement plan with company contribution
Starting rates of Pay:
LPN- $24-$26/hr CNA-$16-$18/hr PCA-$14-$16/hr

LPN, CNA: Full or Part time Evenings 3:30pm-10:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, Weekends full or part time, any shifts between the hours 8:00am-10:00pm
Patient Care Associates
Saturday and/or Sunday:
8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 4 p.m. or 8 p.m.
12 p.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 p.m.
All Evenings 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
$2 an hour wage differential on all weekend and evening shifts!

Audubon Assignments:
Part-time, Full-time CNA and LPN for evening shift 3:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. and weekend shifts - days, evenings or both.
